STEFFES SPOTLIGHT: Linda Braun
Linda Braun, a Bismarck native, joined Steffes in 2011 as a machine operator at our Dickinson plant. Over the last six years, she has progressed in the company and currently serves as the production supervisor for the Paint Line.
“Steffes is a great company to work for,” said Linda. “They really take care of their employees.”
In addition to her job, Linda serves as the Care Team president.
Steffes’s Care Team is a group of employees who volunteer to plan events for the company, such as the holiday party and company picnic.
“In a company that gives back to its employees, as much as Steffes does, it is really important to have a group to plan the activities,” said Linda. “Our goal is to let the employees know they are appreciated.”
When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children, and their black lab. Her hobbies also include crochet and photography.
