Steffes Educates Students About Careers in Manufacturing

Amanda Heidt, HR Generalist at Steffes, presented to Dickinson High School students as part of the Dream It. Do It. initiative.

Dream It. Do It. was launched by the Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) in partnership with the North Dakota Manufacturing Council to promote careers in manufacturing in the state. 

The program teaches North Dakota youth about the variety of careers available in the manufacturing industry. Amanda and Abbey, who works in Research and Development at Baker Boy, highlighted career paths in areas such as sales, marketing, accounting and finance, engineering, human resources, welding, culinary arts, and design at manufacturing companies in the Dickinson area including Fisher Industries, TMI Systems Corporation, Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Baker Boy, and Steffes.
