“I like interacting with different personalities and I like the ability to help customers solve problems,” said Joe. “I like the teamwork at Steffes, the very positive culture, and how Steffes puts the customer first.”
Joe is excited about the growth Steffes is undergoing in the Permian Basin in 2020, particularly breaking ground of our new sales and service building in Midland, Texas and the growth of our team throughout Texas and New Mexico.
“I’m excited about our new office, I think that will be a great facility and will allow us flexibility in what we can offer operators,” said Joe. “It’s a great representation of how the Permian Basin is a priority for Steffes. I’m excited about the team we have dedicated to the Permian and I think our team will continue to grow and be a great resource for operators.”
In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He coaches his children’s club soccer and junior high school basketball team, and if he’s not coaching he’s cheering on his wife who is the Executive Director of CASA of West Texas, a nonprofit dedicated to advocating for children in the foster care system. When he’s not on the basketball court or soccer field, Joe also enjoys spending time on the golf course or reading historical non-fiction and biographies.
“I’m passionate about representing a great product and a great organization,” said Joe. “I’m passionate about being a great husband and father, and Steffes allows me to do both those things.”
