Laser/Turret Cutting and Punching

Steffes has the equipment to handle your lasering and punching needs. We have 2-axis and 5-axis lasering capabilities. 5-axis lasering allows formed parts, tubing, or weldments to be lasered. Features such as a chamfer can be cut with 5-axis cutting.

Our lasering capability allows the following metal thicknesses to be cut:

Steel: up to 5/8"

Aluminum: up to 3/16"

Stainless Steel: up to 1/2"

We also have the ability to punch in the same machine that is lasering. This makes it possible to quickly run parts with many holes or to put formed features in the part.

Our Lasers have automatic load and unload features allowing us to efficiently handle your product.
