Over the life of the unit (20+ years), this limited need for maintenance not only saves you money, but unnecessary headaches and discomfort. We take great strides to ensure smooth operation of our heating products. Of course, in the event that you do require technical support, Steffes is well equipped to handle your questions and servicing needs. Technical support for our products is available during normal business hours from 7AM to 5PM (Mountain Time). However, if you have after hour needs, arrangements can be made to accommodate you. Dealers and distributors should have the model and serial number of the heater available when calling the factory for service support. Homeowners should contact a local Steffes authorized installer or dealer for service or repair needs of their Steffes system. The service and support Steffes provides isn't limited to the products we manufacture. As a service to the ETS Industry in North America, Steffes Corporation stocks a limited supply of replacement parts for some foreign made heaters. Below is a list of the parts we offer for these heaters and the specific models they are used in. When placing an order, please have the Steffes part number ready for the item you need and a valid credit card (Visa or Master Card accepted). Note: Steffes does not have technical data, installation or servicing instructions available for non-Steffes heaters or for the replacement parts used in these heaters.
