Powder Painting
Powder coating is the most exciting enamel paint finishing method to be introduced in the past hundred years. Powder paints are available in a multitude of solid colors, textured surfaces and multicolor patterns. They are also available for uses in areas where ultra violet or sunlight is a concern, as well as for chemical resistance and high temperature areas. Powder coating uses a thermo set powder resin to electrostatically apply the powder to metal parts. Curing temperatures ranging from 250 degrees to 400 degrees finish the parts in 10 - 20 minutes. A powder paint finish provides a superior scratch and stain resistant finish.
