STEFFES SPOTLIGHT: Travis Kilgore
Travis Kilgore, a Grand Forks native, joined team Steffes in 2013 as a shipping and receiving clerk at our Grand Forks West location. As manufacturing operations grew, Travis transitioned into a supervisor role.
In this role, he oversees all shipping and receiving activity for the Grand Forks West office.
“My favorite part about working at Steffes is the comradery between coworkers,” said Travis. “The personal and professional relationships I have built over the last 4 years have been phenomenal.”
According to Travis, Steffes invests in its employees and encourages them to become better each day.
“Steffes offers education reimbursement,” said Travis. “Now at the age of 35 have been able to pursue my dream of obtaining a college degree.”
He is currently pursuing his associate’s degree in business at East Grand Forks Technical College. After that, he plans to obtain his bachelor’s from the University of North Dakota.
When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies also include fishing and hunting.
