Steffes Donates On Behalf of Larry Hutmacher for 40 of Years Service

In honor of Larry Hutmacher celebrating 40 years with the company, Steffes presented him with his 40 year Service Award.

Steffes offers years of service awards to employees who achieve milestones such as 10, 20, 30, and 40 years with the company. The 40 years of service award is the opportunity for Steffes to donate $10,000 to the charity of the employee’s choosing on their behalf.

Giving back to the community is something that is important to Steffes and this service award allows employees to take part in that and celebrate the milestone by sharing it with local causes that are important to them.

Larry chose to split the total amount three ways in order to support three causes in the community that he cares about. The Dickinson Police Department, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, and the Dickinson Veteran’s Pavilion.

On December 20, 2017 representatives from each of these causes came to Steffes to receive the donation from Larry himself.
