Employees around North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota had the opportunity to submit why they think they work for the best company or nonprofit, and other organizations. Prairie Business received nearly 1,700 nominations with topics focused on workplace environment and highlighting their culture and benefits. Employees are then asked what personal job satisfaction is encouraged by the workplace.
