THE KEY TO CONNECTION

In order for a Steffes Transceiver to work with the Steffes Connect web-based application, the Transceiver must be linked to a power provider account and rate schedule.

In certain cases, customers may find that their power provider has not yet enrolled in the Steffes Connect Peak Control Program and a hard-wired peak control is not available for their location. When this occurs, Steffes will create a single peak control schedule for the power provider at the request of any customer who has purchased a Transceiver equipped with Steffes Connect.
