Separation Skids
SEPARATION SKID

ASME Section VIII Division I Pressure Vessels

HEATER TREATER

• Designed to ASME Section VIII Division I Pressure Vessel specifications
• Fire-tube BTU designed to spec with integrated exhaust stack, easy clean-out access door
• Designed to fit-up directly to our pre-fabricated, pressure-tested separation skids

Flowline Manifold Skids
FLOWLINE MANIFOLD SKID

• Position indicators available for each manifold valve
• Optional, fully-automated electric or pneumatic actuated valves to divert test well back to bulk separation equipment in case of emergency shut down
• Configurations for up to eight wells
• Insulated, modular, fully-removable house structure with integrated frame

Master Control Centers
MASTER CONTROL CENTERS

• Electrical controls housed indoors and away from the elements
• Prewired and assembled
• UL/ETL listed control panels assembled, tested and inspected in-house

North Dakota State Electrical Board (NDSEB) inspected and certified

Flare Knockout Skids
FLARE KNOCKOUT SKID

• Captures liquids from gas lines, preventing pemissions and ensures clean, efficient combustion
• Meets API 521 vessel specifications for liquid removal from vapor
• Horizontal or Vertical ASME Section VIII Division I Pressure Vessel
• Drains liquid from vessel with automated system
• Insulated for equipment longevity, easily removable for maintenance
• Completely pre-assembled in-house in a controlled environment

Fresh Water Injection Skid
FRESH WATER INJECTION SKID

• Injects fresh or produced water down the well to enhance production
• Can be used for produced water transfer to disposal site
• Heated house to prevent freezing
• Multiple pump and water configurations available

Well Site Piping
WELL SITE PIPING

Save time on field installs by using custom Steffes wellsite piping solutions. At Steffes, we measure and fabricate all piping to meet the site’s specifications, ensuring repeatable, high-quality fit-ups every time.
 
In addition to being manufactured in a controlled environment, we pressure test all our piping before it goes into the field.
 
All pipe weldments are fabricated in accordance with ASMEB31.3.

Indirect Heaters
INDIRECT HEATER

Provide efficient heat by warming glycol and pumping it to the desired location. Can also be used as a line heater for process fluids.
 
• Safe, cost-effective option for tanks, treaters and pipelines
• Insulated vessel installed on fabricated, painted skid frame
• High- and low-level sensor safety feature, sight glass assembly
• Pre-wired and inspected Profire BMS System with Profire Fuel Train installed
• Insulated fuel gas scrubber and drain piping
• Many BTU sizes available

Approved by North Dakota Industrial Commission to be as close as 21 feet from the storage tank.

ASME Pressure Vessels
ASME PRESSURE VESSELS

Steffes offers standard and custom-built separators, heater treaters and other vessels, including:

Chemical Injection Systems
CHEMICAL INJECTION SYSTEM

Designed to make daily chemical injections into gas lines to prevent corrosion, plugging, and/or freezing. Can deliver chemicals into multiple gas lines at operator-desired delivery rates.
 
Design Features:
• Delivers at two different daily dosing rates
• 12 VDC Standard Solar Charging System
 - 360° rotating solar panels, solar controller & battery
• Two Recycle Timers
 - Can be programmed to custom intervals
• Precision machined body, high-flow filter
• Operating temperature of -40° F to 140°F
