Our controller’s dual voltage and integrated design makes installation easy, while providing you with the features needed for dependable and reliable performance, even when grid power is unavailable. Improve low pressure flare combustion performance with a stainless steel gas assist ring, and increase the operating range for smokeless flaring. Steffes flare extensions kits extend the height of the flare to stack heights of 20’, 30', 40’, and 60'. The Steffes Retractable Pilot Arm is a reliable solution for safer flare maintenance. It eliminates the need for cranes, ladders or bucket trucks to service the flare pilot. Add it to a new flare or retrofit existing flares for service made simple. Fit your flare with a flare knockout to minimize the accumulation of liquids that are condensed from relief gases. Steffes knockouts are equipped with automated drain pumps and come fully pre-assembled, housed in a controlled environment. Protect against flame propagation in piping systems by using a detonation flame arrestor. This detonation arrestor is bi-directional and is proven to stop ignited flammable vapor mixture approaching from either direction.
